PRE-LISTING:  Timing is critical when preparing the listing.  Our listing system and staff recognize this.  If your time-frame permits, our goal is to prepare the marketing materials before publicly going on the market, and drum up the maximum amount of interest to coincide with hitting the market.  Delays with marketing will usually result in the reduced exposure out of the gate, and an inferior sale.  We coordinate this process with you to ensure the preparation is on track, and fits your schedule.

  • QR codes on flyers to quickly direct buyers to online photos and videos

  • Target marketed Facebook ad – 5 days
  • Linked-in ad – 5 days
  • Target marketed Youtube video ad ( 1 days after video completion)
  • Professionally designed email to my database of current, past, potential clients – Pre-listing email, 3 days (with 1st photos available), weekly
